DPROCEDURES:
1. Provider and Monetizer shall execute, sign and initial this Agreement which
thereby automatically becomes a Non-Recourse commercial contract after Funder’s application has been accepted by the Provider.
 
2.Within Three (3) banking days the Provider’s Bank shall send the DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT (DLC) via MT700 by SWIFT to the Monetizer’s bank coordinates as designated therein and a copy of Swift will be send by Provider’s bank Officer to Receiver’s bank Officer through secured email.
 
3. After verification and authentication of the SWIFT MT-700 DOCUMENTARY
LETTER OF CREDIT as per scheduled DLC by the Monetizer’s Bank, the Monetizer shall release the Cash via SWIFT MT103 within 5 days, totaling **% of the Documentary Letter of Credit to the Provider’s appointed bank and simultaneously instructs his bank to transfer all fees 2% of face value to each fee’s Consultant.
 
4. Provider’s bank will send hard copy of  DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT via courier to Monetizer’s bank within 5 banking days after the Provider had  confirmed receiving the funds.
