1.There are four different documents that need to be signed:
    1). SBLC Cooperation Agreement (Between Issuer and Monetizer)
    2). Issuer SBLC DOA (Between Issuer and Monetizer)
    3). Monetization DOA (Between Provider and Monetizer)
    4). IMFPA-NCNDA
 
2.First Tranche: 49M USD/EUR, 
If the first Tranche is completed successfully, there will be no limit on the FV after that (at least 500M+)
(if monetizer required over 49M as first tranche, then monetizer has to show his POF/BCL via MT199
 
3.  A simplified description of the process is:  
   * MT199 RWA,  the receiver reply MT199RWA
    *MT799 PRE, the receiver reply MT799 BPU
*MT760, Receiver pay via MT103
